1. What We Collect

AppyTrack collects the following information:

• User email address and 4-digit PIN
• Device name
• Device app usage data (app names and time spent only)

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Messages, emails or communications
• Photos or videos
• Location data
• Browsing history or website content
• Private or incognito browsing activity

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data solely to:

• Send one daily report email to the registered user
• Display usage summaries in the AppyTrack app

We never sell, share or use your data for advertising.

4. Data Retention

• Usage data is automatically deleted after 48 hours
• Accounts inactive for 40 days are automatically deleted
• Users can delete their account at any time from Settings

5. Email Communications

We send one daily report email per registered account. You can stop receiving emails by deleting your account in the AppyTrack app Settings.

6. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use AWS infrastructure with industry-standard security practices. PINs are hashed and never stored in plain text.

7. User Privacy

AppyTrack is designed for device monitoring. We collect only the device usage data that you explicitly authorize through app permissions.

9. California Privacy Rights
